The Dream Maker was created by a string of unexpected love stories. 

My name is Terri Everett and I became captivated with New Zealand when my husband Jim and I visited from England as newlyweds in 1995 and found it breath taking, with the vast canvases of outstanding views and unique wildlife. After falling in love with New Zealand we decided to emigrated with our two sons Peter and Chris, and started a scenic boat charter business, we called Sealimousines. Settling in the quaint township of Motueka, a friendly place at the gateway to three stunning, yet completely diverse national parks: The Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes and Kahurangi, among many other enchanting variations and private kiwi farm land backdrops, our lives unravelled and took a direction I had never imagined. My story evolved by a chance meeting of a stunning young couples from the USA who inspired me to pivot from being a deck hand to becoming an event planner and soon afterwards another gorgeous same sex couple encouraged me to progress further and become a Celebrant.

We now own a stunning mountain block with sea views on Takaka Hill, called Hidden Valley Farm . We run a small sanctuary for misplaced life style animals and host farm style holidays and work shops and of course intimate events. Our life is such a combination of so many things, there is little room for change and that’s how we love it.
